You really don't understand that graph do you.
That graph shows the relative risk of death to the individual in a group versus differing levels of vaccination. If vaccines were as effective as is claimed, more vaccination would show a REDUCTION in relative risk to just vaccinated and unvaccinated. That isn't the case for Israel -- between those three months.

You imaginary numbers are irrelevant because they would include deaths before the boosters and even the vaccines were available and are a different measure Talk about trying to manipulate things...

Yes. It was just yesterday that I did another ride and felt perfectly fine. Normal cardio and sprints at times up hills. No feelings of extra effort required or being slower. If anything I felt my fitness has been tracking inline with my expectations.

I don't want to tempt fate though so I won't be stressing myself too much if I feel even slightly off now that I know I 'have it'.

I only bought more RAT tests as I had been directy exposed for a few hours to someone a week ago that reported he had Covid to the rest of the group the next day. I was surprised that I got a strong positive result.

The inflamation to the heart thing; my understanding is that its the body over-reacting to the vaccine or the virus. It's not quite what you are asking, but the virus itself does have a stronger likelihood of affecting the heart, so I should be mindful of this. in the cycling group I have seen people that have said that they have taken weeks or months to get back to their pre-Covid fitness levels.

I actually just read the headline in there. Isn't the reason that Omicron is in waves now is that the vaccines were built to target earlier versions? I thought that was common knowledge? I.e. viruses mutate, and if everyone is vaccinated against one strain its much more likely that a new strain develops and takes over because it no longer matches the antibodies that the body has trained.

Vaccines were based on the original Wuhan strain, and the bivalent boosters are using Delta IIRC. It's not that viruses mutate that is the problem, it's that the vaccines aren't up to the task.
