They don't actually talk to an Oncologist (Dr Makis is not an oncologist)
They don't actually provide any statistics or evidence of increasing rates of any type of cancer.

The two case reports they include are of men in their 50s and 60s, no mention of anyone under 30.
One case report is of man already undergoing chemotherapy (so, you know his immune system was already trashed)

The other was a man misdiagnosed with bells palsy, when it was actually a tumor causing symptoms, who knows how long it had been growing before it caused physical symptoms.

If this turbo cancer thing was real, surely investigators like Makis, McCullough and Campbell would be able to provide actual evidence by now?
How many billion doses have been administered by now?
If what they claim is happening, surely our hospital and wider health system should completely swamped in cancer patients.

Yet this article has to drag in case reports that only barely tie in with their claims

Well the voice sure as hell wasnt going to help. Far too overrepresented as it is. Encourage a move away from communities where they can own land. Kids can get jobs. Stop the handout and welfare culture. Its racist to say they can live in communities with no prospects, employment or land ownership. To be fair, it was a difficult ask. People's natural reaction to change is 'no' and in this case there was not enough detail to placate most people. Maybe they would have been better off locking in certain restrictions, so that the constitution change is locked to some other change to limit what any potential group can do?

Or they could have asked 'do you not want the following added to the constitution...'?

Then the 'no' responses would have worked

Plenty of cultures around the world would have eaten their enemies after warfare, whether it was a spiritual belief or a use of available protein.

I would guess that these practices completely disappeared once aboriginals were dragged into settlement life and provided with other sources of food.

Did these practices happen? Probably, just like in other cultures around the world. Do they still exist? Not outside the mind of people that want to paint them as stone age people.

Is that how these problems continue? A complex issue is discussed and instead of an insightful thought through response, someone somewhere gives a 2 word response and then sits back? Is the point valid? Is it rubbish? Who knows with a 2 word response.

I know I write a lot, but it's a pretty vague response to say 'dig deeper'. If you were a wise person that has studied aboriginals for decades and lived with them, I would still ask you to give more detail.

From the information I have seen in the last week, it would appear that infanticide and cannabilism has occurred in aborginal society, based on acccounts written about a long long time ago. The suggestion that it has happened or even happening is baseless and clearly fodder to somehow paint aboriginal people in a negative light.
