The women don't look quite so comfortable, and who can blame em? I wouldn't paddle out, let alone take off on the sort of stuff they are surfing well on. I wonder if any of them wished they were at The Box? I saw a couple of dudes who looked like they wished they weren't... :

just watched all the heats from today at the box , unreal !! John John ,as one commentator said was making it look easy, i think he was right , a couple of 7s !!!

but he gets so deep in the barrel and just stands up straight , scratches his leg and get spat out . the judges need reeming !! the previous 2 days have been good as well .

the girls surfing triple overhead main break !!!!!!! and lumpy . they are unreal !!!

but then they showed slaters wave at main break !!!!!!! un****ing beleivable !!!!! double barrel at main break !!!! finishes with a rentry in the barrel in the

shorebreak and surfs out of it !!!!!!

i am loving heats on demand !!!! best thing since SUP !!!!

**** surfing from Kelly...still can't believe they are going right...I surfed margs regualarly for about 10 years and once it got over about 3 foot I only went right be accident

How was KS exit on take off. Smashed !!!! Some big sets were catching them inside late today. No way in the world would I have wanted to be anywhere near that impact zone.
