Bummer about Moto GP.

Im putting money on it the WSL will not run this year as we know it.

With the travel involved its not going to happen,I've read so many people are traveling only to be turned around at the airport because they have visited a hot spot,some only in transit at airports for an hour.

Any WSL surfers live in Italy? They can't get out,like the moto GP and F1 they can't run a world title race because not every team can travel.

I was going to say its the "coronavirusgoldcoastopen" yesterday. But decided against it

Even the Piha event cancelled, we have had 5 cases and it's been so long since a major event in NZ
In terms of timing this is the best time of year for offshore or glassy as most the year it's 3m & onshore.
If the postpone then change venue to suit the prevailing season conditions to either Raglan or mobile event on Taranaki coast
Also the first America's cup AC75 Event in Italy is off and hopefully the England event happens.
There will be a lot of sport happen without any spectators being at the event.
