There was an extra red wire coming out of terminal at switchboard for old vhf which disappeared between internal liner and hull. Looked like It was heading to mast so thought I'd better find out what it's doing . One hour later discovered it went nowhere. In the process of crawling around ripped open leg on sharp fibreglass edge , on blood thinners so blood everywhere . Radio operational ,next week reroute depthsounder cable . More holes to drill. Love it.

I am sure boats have personalities, and one of their moods is sulking. Or just downright pissed at you for not sailing them enough, so they give you a slap to remind you.

Its been five weeks as cardiologist banned me from solo sailing until
next week . So what's going to happen to me when I go down tomorrow to reroute depth cable .

Finished the jobs I went down to do ,didn't finish the jobs I created today such as replaced cabin light now it doesn't go .

SA, Looks like you have used quality parts, I used a primer bulb from bcf on a bobcat and it went hard, in a bad way !

I had the frames made in Weipa, put them together when I got back to Brisbane.
they were not cheap!
yet still cheaper than slim line hatches which would not have worked as well, due to space constraints.

I toned the white down and gave it a green tinge.
Im very happy with the finish and will now continue with the roof , port bulkhead and a few other bits!
Not bad for a weekend warrior!
I love boats!
