Hmm looks like beer doesn't make me sail better after all.

It was the day that showed myself windfoiling is possibly my lighter wind option. My 8.1m and 120l struggled big time.

Windfoiling is the perfect light wind option from 8kts up to I reckon 20kts it doesn't just get you on the water sooner, but its also way more fun then slapping in those conditions.

I've been on either a 4.0 or 4.8 everyday since the 18th bar Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

You just have to commit a few sessions to being a total noob again before you start enjoying it.

Should be okay to go windsurfing during lockdown, just wear a mask and look kind of depressed?

Yep, SE Mr Whip. It always looks pretty flat & ordinary, especially through a camera lense... then you hit the water. Come join us on the next 25knt+ day and get into the guts of the northern bay. It can be a wild ride.

Reckon it's going to be a slow mend, no breaks but the damage is in the highload-footstrap area of the foot.

Probably right MD. Actually had a pretty good run considering my crash & burn history. Last major blowout was all CLs in my left knee about 7yrs ago. That was 4-5months out and years destroying knee braces.
