Now I often see small noahs there but I saw 4 or 5 in under ten minutes and they were all agitated and acting sketchy as, not just cruising around. Saw something larger in the channel before the reef and decided that discretion was the better part of valour, berley definitely makes a difference to fish behaviour all the way up the food chain.
Thanks Smicko and MarkusKarkus. I was starting to think it was just me that is outraged by baiting beaches and burly were people are in the water..
I actually followed this up with fisheries and theres no law against it. But i think commonsense states there needs to be some discussion regarding this

I also think a step further is to prevent people "deliberately" feeding sharks from boats
