I'm onto a bit of Tassie Boag's Premium (on sale).
Lately, the Kirin First Press (premium) stuff has been good value too, and very tasty! Amazing fresh crisp taste.

But an old staple is actually the (German) Oettinger 500ml Cans. Circa $45 for 12 Litres! .... Big slab of 24 cans x 0.5L...
Crushes down small too, and doesn't bulk up the recycling bin! After 2 weeks, my bin is still half empty! I have even missed Bin day, just by looking in the bin, and thinking, nah, it's not 2 weeks worth yet, looks like just 1 week!

You lot need to try this, arguably the best packaged beer I've ever had. Only thing wrong with it is the 6.8% alcohol volume, four tinnies put you on your arse, not exactly sessionable.

Alc % can be a funny thing, its more than just alfc% that can bring the hurt. I had 3 x 500ml german stouts @ 6.something percent, 1 x 250ml red wein & 2 x 500ml wheat beer/pale ale yesterday. Was really expecting some pain but woke up fine.....try & do the same with something like Kirin/Asahi + red in Japan & I'm a write off the next day, always great going down but ahhhh next day. I think too much preservatives or some chem farking things up......Another example I can drink 10 Bintangs in Bali & still be fine for the dawn the next day. 6 or 7 VB's & I'm feeling a bit dodgy.

Sounds highly dangerous...sometimes drinks are worth buying for the name. I remember cartons of Duff being priceless in the 90's coz they were never legit legally. Got a 6 pack of "Dirty Granny" to spring on some old girls this Chrissy

This is what I should be drinking right now but instead having a New. Super stoked with the champagne rugby this weekend from the kiwi boys. The three NZ teams have smashed the Aussie teams by a country mile. Unreal performances. Lets hope the Hurricanes can make it 4 smashing from 4 shortly

So the Crusaders game has finished - so far this weekend 3 Kiwi teams have scored 176 against 3 Aussie teams who score only 46. That is huge ! ! ! 3 absolute smashings. Joy
