Hi Mac- yeah sorry about that. A shame - would have been great to chew the fat. It was a hectic day in Bali with far too many things to be done. Hows yr trip going - kicking goals?

I don't think I've bought a carton of these since the 80's but I've seen a lot of young blokes walking out of the shop with them the last couple of years. Seem to have a bit of resurgence in popularity. Not sure when I last had one, probably drank it at the pub some time when I ordered a pint without realizing it but keg beer is always different to cans/stubbies anyway. Its nothing special but enjoying them more that I thought I would. Only thing is I bought them coz I felt like a full strength beer & just realized they're only 4.2% Pretty sure they used to be 5%...weird...but yeah enjoying them & good to see they are still 375ml not 330ml like a lot of beers these days

Tried Coopers Mild for the first time today - tolerable.
3.5%, 1.0 standard drink per stubby.
Not going to replace Sparkling, but a lot more driving friendly.

Had a couple of Czech beers last night Kozel bloody good drop and in a decent size bottle not these lame arse 330ml throw downs.good stuff

Kozel is a great beer, the dark ale is really nice too....have a good trip Ricardo
