Mick, How much does it work out per bottle ? Do you do it to save the coin or for the hobbie side of it ? Or both ?

He is drinking metho.....getting all fancy because that's what metho drinkers do
Homebrew ginger beer. It's a bit of a beast, about 10-12% not exactly a sessionable brew but it's pretty damn tasty. Only trouble is I struggle to get through the second longneck.
NewScotty said.. Not a bad drop the Fat Yak. There's plenty of craft beers around I've noticed of late. Any recommendations ?
Edit: any tips on how do post photo right side up. It must be an iPhone 6s thing.
If you take the shot with the camera longwise and the volume buttons down, so at your left thumb they come out right. Apple thing in general. Asahi while typing

I have us the pleasure of tasting Mick's pale ale and can report that it's delicious. He has a great setup. Love a second fridge that looked like his one.

Hey mate, I've just put on a chilli GB brew this week but can't get the yeast to kick off, very frustrating!!
I had similar issues Vanders. Do a starter with sugar dissolved in water, once that's cranking add a cup or so of sultanas to your fermenter for yeast nutrient then dump in the active starter. It can be hard to get ginger going due to its bug killing nature.
