Hey yes TB has had a board or two shaped by the same guy, he is a fantastic shaper....surfboard maker from start to finish, he's an all round great guy to deal with too!
The rails are are foiled yes, Roger Hall is only interested in creating quality, while he will do his utmost to accomodate every idiosyncrasy a customer may have, he will politely advise against something that would perhaps inhibit a boards performance. He will offer an alternative that he thinks will be far more successful.
This board was fairly tricky I think? 6'10" , 24 1/8", 3.5". However I reckon he's done an amazing job... I have surfed it a few times and it works just fine. The fins are Lokbox Keel fins hope that was what you were after?
I've added 2 photo's of a surfboard I pulled from a rubbish tip, It is very worse for wear..but I grabbed it initially to coat over in white enamel and get my nephew to put some art on it , then hang somewhere in my house...On closer inspection it is a Michael Peterson board, no dims and just the word 'Michael' written on the under side. I'd say it is roughly 6'3" length? Would anyone think it a better idea to have it stripped back and fixed up...or continue to cover it over as first thought?...Just thought it may be worthwhile having it fixed up being as though its an MP board?...or two a penny?
