The first method has not run its course, this if far from over SP. The country is still in lockdown & people in nursing homes are dieing just as they allways have...like I said the other day, it doesn't take much to tip the balance when your elderly. If not C19, the seasonal flu can be game over. Meanwhile the response has other long term side effects which are far worse than the virus itself.

I will look at Sweden today (later) & get back to you.

ICU I don't recall, if you havn't noticed I've responded too a lot of stuff here. Was it about the total number of people in ICU across Australia or that the overwhelming majority of people don't need a hospital to recover from C19 yet alone ICU.

Victoria, no way do I wanna hear another word out of Andrews mouth yet alone an hr long press conference of him pushing the fear narrative.

There have been just as many if not more points I've made to you guys that you have overlooked & driven the discussion in another direction and I'd say I have probably addressed a lot of things in a way that was simply not the reply you wanted.

Option 2)Just lock down those that are at risk & educate our elderly on effective PPE as well as putting protocols in place to assist their safety. Like for example Woolies opening an hour earlier so they can shop or those assisting them can shop with less contact with others within the community.

Chill bro, I am not wishing ill upon you or anyone else...

What makes for a pandemic or "first wave". Well much less previously to May 2009 before the WHO had the definitions of a pandemic changed. You can use whatever search engine you like with the query, "pandemic definitions changed may 2009" to see for yourself.

OK so considering your in Northern Queensland & they changed the cyclone category definitions coz they wanted you to take cyclones more seriously. Similar situation & based upon previous categorization. Covid 19 is not a pandemic & is no worse than a bad flu season. Not to say that we should not take extra precautions to protect people at risk.

I heard police smashed a persons window to get at them coz they were in the car alone with their windows up not wearing a mask. I'm not anti mask at all in the right situation. But that is farking mental if its true....stay cool bro!

The lockdown delays the inebitable & those that have passed "with" C19 would like have passed sooner than later as a result of their underlying health condition or another unbranded virus.

I meant sooner or later...I havn't had the benefit of finishing my brekky coffee...but anyway, I gotta head off. Hope this has allowed y'all to let off some steam & you feel a little better
