Good news on flights, I was concerned distancing measures were gonna send flight costs through the roof. Note they're not preventing you from wearing a mask and practicing good hand hygein. I often wear a mask on flights if I hear people coughing & we always have antibacterial wipes. Nothing worse than starting a holiday coming down with a cold/flu.

I traveled to China for work in 2008 and would have been lost without Singaporean colleague. Got treated to deep fried crickets that were great with chili sauce and cold beer. Remember the company owners had to eat snake etc.
Went to Quingdao which made great beer from early German migrants and great to see where Olympic windsurf would be.
Getting Visa bit of mission and then later I had to help set up business there and don't mention Taiwan!

We are big trading partners but exporting essentially its Chinese doing business with homeland. Not being racist but stating fact. With government statistics are skewed with resident status brought by cash.
Yes lost a lot of tourists but soon transtasmam travel for both countries and see your own country.

I think 90 odd % of Aussie beers are owned overseas. I know toohey / lion Nathan is Japanese owned and sure Carlton is overseas owned as well.
