I think 90 odd % of Aussie beers are owned overseas. I know toohey / lion Nathan is Japanese owned and sure Carlton is overseas owned as well.


Tins have only been available in WA for about 6 months now. I've only bought one carton on tins when they had a limited edition 440 ml promotion. Ended far too quickly unfortunately.

But why do you say that, taste preference or is it that the stubbies are made by a foreign company & the tins aren't

We have had them for a few years now.

Personally think beer is better out of a cold tin.

They also stack heaps better in the fridge and over here since they bought the bottle return system in they seem to be a few bucks cheaper.

Ok fair enough, yeah they definately stack better....interesting, they're always the same price here.
