The house is only 100m up the road so I'm hoping I can keep working on it as it's my hose if lockdown come, but I won't break the rules if I can't. Want to move into it when completed and rent owe house out that's a completed renno
Beware the tenants that can't ,(or won't ) pay rent..I'm stressing that call is coming..nothing you can do about it. Seems it's all about tenant support, (I know people are struggling, but house costs don't go away)..maybe some landlord support also..hold on rates and utility charges??
By the way sounds like a lovely old place..Just finished a reno' on an old turn of the century limestone cottage in Freo'..uncovered amazing New Zealand Kauri boards..(now I'm on white ant prevention mission..)
