The new surf shop or more to the point Board Store is CLEARWATER SURFBOARDS
who will stock a good range of boards, short too long and hardware.
Currumbin so Lacey will have yet another place to hangout

Will it have a coffee machine...? seriously I thought Lacey hangs out at the Surf Board Warehouse & Vinnies ..?

No coffee machine purely focused on surfing like the good old surf stores. Harsh on Lacey I have only seen him in quality factories, I'm not sure about his other shopping habits.

Surfies can be a nasty lot at times Lacey ...they drop in on me ..even had my wind screen waxed once ...

Word of warning, do not do as I did yesterday, I've done it plenty of times before but never again. Yes the old I'll be cool and ride the board right up the beach and walk off the board. All was on track until the fin bite in and bucked me off, end result fractured arm and another period of time on the sideline.

That would have been pretty funny to see you get bucked off . but the result sucks, hope you heal quick.

How do you break your arm Surfing?
Everytime you mention it.

I did my wrist years ago surfing a shorey and people still ask everytime i mention it

Yeah I'm sure we've all had more good luck than good management doing the same thing. At least it's force you to give the knee a break (pardon the pun).

Being complacent and a kid haunts us sometimes..

I jumped off my board mucking about and did a bomb one day and landed in about a foot of water

Watched a bloke do the same thing another time and we had to carry him out of the water. Poor sucker dislocated his hip
