I haven't been able to surf due to my elbow injury when Lacey dropped in on me, thats 6 weeks plus 4 months with the knee the arm is still very sore and weak,I've been unable to lift weights at the gym also so life sucks dick at the moment.

Geez still out must be drivin ya mad mate,should try some laps in the pool,I've been doing it for a while now for my back, off and on I really enjoy it

I haven't been able to surf due to my elbow injury when Lacey dropped in on me, thats 6 weeks plus 4 months with the knee the arm is still very sore and weak,I've been unable to lift weights at the gym also so life sucks dick at the moment.

I haven't been able to surf due to my elbow injury when i snaked Lacey, i was protecting my knee and generally have no mobility because i lift boofhead weights only.thats 6 weeks plus 4 months with the knee the arm is still very sore and weak,I've been unable to lift weights at the gym also so life sucks dick at the moment. I intend to get fit ,work on my mobility and general strenght so im going to a new gym with less mirrors and showoffs.
