Sorry boys, I have no idea about League but AFL well .....

Eagles should belt the Roos
Being a FREO man I'm tipping an upset win over the boys from the cattery
Hawks to flog the Magpies (but everyone hates the pies)
Crows over the Swans at Adelaide

back to the AFL In the Kitesailing room

Dot com I watched freo and the kangas both play in Launceston . They were both terrible . Would have to have improved a lot to go farther into the semis would love to see Freo give it to the Vics though .

Roosters sack Smith and target Bellamy.
Bellamy is asking $1.3 per season.
That's good coin.

I think that the success of Wayne and especially Des this year at the Doggies has given the few people who have proven themselves as coaching superstars aka Bellamy massive payrises. The Warriors have reportedly offered Craig a small fortune to take over the reins there.....I would think that those 3 would be able to command a significant amount more than the other also-rans. Maybe your fella Mick will get a decent wedge in a few yrs time if he can win a couple. But given that Wayne went to St George and picked up a title so quickly and then Des getting the minor in first yr and Bellamy continually showing his ability to bring young guys up its a no brainer if you hold the purse strings at a club - these 3 can and will bring significant success to your club - and will also be a drawcard for players who would probably be playing for unders compared to what other clubs may be prepared to pay. All around those 3 would be enormous purchases for any club I reckon. Personally I hate the way Bellamy coaches and gets his teams to play - but in fairness he is just playing to the rules so I can not be too critical - but I seriously hate what he has done to the game.

on another note - thats very much unrelated to my previous rant I would just like to say that although Benji has not had a great year for the Tigers on the paddock he is travelling beautifully off the park
