What is there more to life than love Meg? Love is the essence of life.... to love and be loved... what could possibly be more than that.
Sitting on the back of your boat with an ice cold six pack........
Love if it's good and balanced is okay I guess, but also so much more to life.....freedom, independence, sailing, sports, animals, the ability to choose independently, making your own decisions, the outdoors, nature, achieving, conquering fears, challenging yourself, learning how to roar, developing talents, living life, feeling brave, climbing mountains, crossing oceans, sunrises, fulfillment, good times, friends. 'Love' when quantified only in relation to being between two people I think is a form of control feeding insecurity to varying degrees unless both are independently complete, so many people seem to look to another to fulfill a lack in their life (i.e. I won't be lonely if I have someone else or things won't be so hard etc, etc.) which then means when they 'find' someone they become reliant and the other person becomes pressured, then things fall apart, I don't think that's love. I believe you have to like who you are, love your life (even the disappointments and testing experiences because from them we grow), feel happy and content and fully embrace your life with or without someone in it, I always thought breathing was the essence of life, I think I'd rather breathe and hear my heart beat then love (god I feel like Oprah

).
