If you really want to get into it Mozzy Sails' low budget productions are worth patiently going thru.
A whole lot of interesting design rules are determining these boats though. The T foils must be symmetric for instance. Why? Probably so the beam and righting moment is dictated by the one design foil arm.
And the "one foil in the water" rule, (which seems to be not applied strictly). So they can't leave the windward one in with negative flap for extra righting moment maybe?
Although they look radical the designer's statement,to the effect that - there's nothing new in them every idea has been tried before - . had me thinking.
The closest predecessor might be the IMOCA 65 s. Although not fully foiling, they have a foil to leeward to increase righting moment and reduce drag. The foils are movable/retractable although in dagger board boxes rather than on canting foil arms. The IMOCA65s do have a canting keel to shift ballast windward, so that component is covered.
