Me, the missus and a few mates went for a paddle on sunday morn just south of scarbs, OK little sesh, got a bazza.
Got back to the car to find that some lowlife scumbag smashed the rear window and taxed a bag with about 18 bucks in it, all ID and credit cards, which we need as we're going to Borneo on Saturday!
So, a $200 window, $100 bag, and a half a days root'n around tryna get new cards for our trip, all for 18 bucks! Cheers wankers, karmas gonna get ya!

Farking rat dogs man. I hate that I cannot go surfing and sit in the water without wondering if my car has been taxed. Dogs. I just pray that I catch them red handed and skull **** them over the back of the head with a brick.

Anyhoo...enjoy Borneo mate :) Went there in 2006 and had a ball!

Prix ay, 10 points for timing!

We're staying at Kapalai on the southeast side of Borneo and will be diving Sipandan mostly. Can't wait!
The surfs gonna be flat so it's a good time to go.

That sucks mate, where were you parked? I surf Brighton sometimes and have noticed of late there is always broken glass in the carpark where someone has recently smashed a car window.

There used to be a time when it was only old cars getting done over, but last time i was there someone had smashed the window of a brand new range rover to steal a tomtom off the dash. As usual, nobody saw a thing.

The last few times i've parked directly out front of the sandcastle or cevue apartments. Its a longer walk to and from the water, but i do feel like my car is that little bit safer parked under someones balcony.

I saw one of these recently on ebay and thought they'd be great for keeping the valubles safe while you're in the surf:

A mate of mine had one of those safes, very good idea. I use the padlock style one, that works great too.

Yeah theres always glass on the carpark from badarses busting into cars. (real criminal genius's thems) You got to watch your step while suiting up.
We rang the cops but usual story from them. They got cameras on every street corner perving on us 24/7 so why not put them at beach carparks. It might even catch the euro campers getting it on

This is the 3rd day in a row I haven't had a surf and it's starting to show. I'm miserable!!!

I think I need to jump in the car and head south for a few days.

It's flat down south too, 1.04m now.

I swim when it's flat, helps to keep the fitness up.

Rode Sorrento to City Beach 4:00 - 5:00pm...

4x SUP's having fun on Metts rights - only breaking because it was a low tide... 4x mals getting nothing.

A few sitting out at Trigg Seconds & Thirds - fast little waist high sets; but a little too fast... (ie nearly a close-out).

Best wave I saw was on the northern corner of the Scarbs ampitheatre... but you need to be 14yo, 45kg or on a 10' mal

Guys you seriously can'tm say there's swell! Either you were very very north or very very south or on a very very big board and happy with very very small waves. I love **** waves as much as the next bloke but there's no swell! come on, don't be stuipd! (maybe I'm jealous somehow you got waves!)

Went for a kayak last night. I just had to get in the water...it's driving me insane!!!

On the plus side, caught a feed of squid trolling a lure behind the kayak

yerr, sorry geoffro but you'd be probably true in saying theres no waves in perth but like you said about being somewhere else, it has been really fun with these all day offshores!

Very flat, but there were 2 lids surfing over the reef at The Point on the high tide this morning. Not much but at least they had it to themselves.

Popped down to my local with two 7 year olds and another dad. Spent the time filming and having fun but it was cold..Couple rolled in that may have been bear-able..

Before that saw Scarbs up and it was flat. Long boards at Met's seemed to be having fun. Especially one bloke paddling around with his board back to front..

well that broke the drought, nice groundswell hit Mandurah this morning, for most of the crew the first surf in 8 days.
