Rippy fat-burger waves at Trigg 2nd - about a dozen crew, plus a school class just south. Thirds the standard close-out. Headed North a few hundred meters and sat patiently with 3 or 4 others... got some OK waves. Scored 3 nice shoulder-head high lefts in the last 15min - just before the wind kicked up.

EDIT: and the shark siren sounded twice around 9:30am... not sure if it was a test or not, but did not see the Clubbies go out.

I'll second that Darth, late arvo glassy sliders on the mini mal with bugger all crew out. 6'2 Dominator would have been sweet as well JB ha ha

Anyone in Canggu at the moment? Surf report?

Flying in next week for a couple days. Not taking a board but will just borrow one when I'm there if it's any good. Don't have time to travel much for waves.

Like most of us here I've had more than my fair share of howling onshore/cross shore surfs this year as well as wasted trips when it should have been on but just didn't come together for some reason.

Today was not one of those days. For me it was as good as it gets. Sunny, offshore, swell direction and tide just right, a mate every bit as keen as me and no time restraints. It's a bugger to get to and I rarely come here but today was magic and this is why we surf.

solid effort zuke.......yeeow... i been incognito last month been working, surfed a northern northern reef 2hrs+ north perth on tuesday it was good but not like ya pic good score man.

sounds like zuke and buster are paddling too furiously for waves to be a slow enough target like these gliders anyhow

Wow this morning was a bit of a surprise. Had good fun at my local after a reasonable jump in the swell over night

I really struggled for the first half until i upsized to a board with more paddle. My paddle fitness is disgraceful ATM

Two metres and onshore predicted tomorrow arv at the local! Am genuinely a bit excited to get a few in after work and over the weekend at this time of year..

Yeh, I had a really fun surf there today. The NW died off after about 3pm and the waves began to smooth out. Swell really kicked in before sunset

Scarborough, oooops I mean secret spot xyz surely didn't suck today. Had 2 good morning sessions about 5 hours all up....got well and truly pasted but the price paid was worth the rewards offered
