Nah that's just a pod of dolphins.....getting chased by a 5m great white

Zuke,, looks like where I was.. a few dolphins too.
Thought I'd take the grandson for a few whitewater lessons.
Must admit. Half way through, I told him to have a rest on the beach when I saw a few peaks popping up.

It was loads of fun with good banks but the pics don't do the size justice. pm me if you want details. (For some reason people don't like it when size is stated).

Not where you were quirkus, I didn't see another car let alone person all morning. Just me, the barrels and all my mates. Oh, and all those bloody sharks Legion.

Yeah I was up and down the Perth coast heaps today, really nice clean groundswell. Outa town would've been smoking.

Got some fun little runners at Sandtracks just before dark on the mini Simmons. Pretty good fun for mid summer Perth.

I spent the day spewing and sharting courtesy of Mocha's Revenge that he brought back from Bali. Haven't had a dose of gastro this good since 1999.
Would've rather been at work.
Or surfing this....

nice way to the end the holidays just got better with a pulse around mid-morning back to the grind tomoz. That photo is awesome but not sure it was yesterday not a cloud in the sky around my way.

This place needs a good clean ground swell from the right direction to get going and the graphs said today was the day so after an early start and long drive I rocked up to this.

Had a good fun surf at secret well known reef at secret well known island just off perth today, crowd revolved aroun 10-15. set waves head to head half real good fun

Northern reef was nice but very inconstant and with a largish crowd and a shifting wave it made for getting turn a bit harder than usual. That with the hollowing easterly made for blinding take offs.

I got a few waves early but then just flapped around mostly..

Car park was insane..

Did you surf it through the breeze? Apparently it went to poo for about an hour (1230ish) then got good again!! A couple blokes nearly missed the 430 ferry home

Left at 1pm breeze was well and truly in. Not sure it backed off, certainly was windy while we pulled the pots.
