Still very average at the Port, bumpy 1-2ft, I have been on my other equipment lately as the conditions still not suited to longboarding with the crowds, 13 guys walked down the beach at once this morning arggh! Hopefully tomorrow.

I am surfed out....shoulders hurt...need to recover in time for the morning session. Weird up here at the moment - loads of people around but I seemed to have been timing my sessions and locations well and not had a crowded surf yet. Surfed late morning and there were 15 out when I arrived and 7 came in before I got down to the jump off point - surfed for an hour and a half and then 5 more paddled out so I called it quits.....a mate surfed that spot this morning with 20 others at 7am....I surfed somewhere else with just 4. So perhaps I should buy a lottery ticket!

As SMH and Prawn have pointed out its looking mint for you QLDers next week......love to come up and share some with ya but not until Jan is over and school is back in session. When it is I will be doing a northward drive though!

We should get a bit of it down here Ted.

Too tight with the crew mate,no shortage of waves as most hug the rocks and the best as said was mid into LM the bigger ones came wide.If you get out super early you will be sweet on your 9.4.Enjoy I'll be at work.The water is amazing,banks primed.

Lacey if the swell does jack right up the G will be awesome and snack you DWer mate for posting it in the sup forum.

No we didn't even bother. Coffee at Michels in Nelson Bay instead. Then a family trip to pick up a new pup from the Central Coast. At least I can train him up with all this spare time. Looking good for the Goldie this week I hope we get some of it, please!

Me and MR got a few at Nth Avalon this morning, lots and lots of LBs out, but they're a real nice bunch up there.

The big news is, I got to have a go on his Diverse, the last time I got on a PU board was back in about 2009. I must say, I was really impressed, not just because I could actually catch waves on it., but because it worked so well.

Although it's a square tail, the sharply pulled in hip at the arse end seems to make it very loose, and I suspect she may nose ride a bit judging from the couple of times I ventured up there.

It's all about the right volume.

could not really tell today. maroochy through to sunshine was blown out and washing machine,no size yet alot off whitewater.

i am supposed to party hard...yet i have been up since 2am so time will tell.
its just that new years eve is my night

Its building as we type/chat or whatever its called from 1 foot this morning to 3 now at the top on the G ,the swell is going to run up the coast so the bay should be good.
