A couple of shots so far.....3 days on the road and 3 days of good waves

Who needs Indo? Not the best internet connection tethering off the phone so they are all pretty low res to get around the issue.

All loaded up - couple more boards in the car as well

First stop and its a ripper - always wanted to surf this place. It was as good as I had been lead to believe.

OK, just about to book a room at Byron for Fri/Sat night with the crew.

I was going to bring Danielson but he has exams next week and has to study. So now I am going solo.

Just want to check no one out there wants to come and split a room, otherwise I will book a single this time tomoz.

Also, my new SDR is not ready yet so if someone could lend me a longboard (I think the surf will be too small for my 8fters) It would be muchly appreciated. Chrispy, do you know if Dell has a LB I could borrow? I would even be happy to ride a Mct.

If anyone can let me know on the accom by tomorrow would be great. Looking forward to a few beers and waves.

That's great news Daneli look forward to it,I think Vanders mentioned sdr may have a demo board check with him,if your really desperate Ii could have a spare board with the McTavish makers logo but be warned it will stuff your surfing so Chrispy would say.

at was the plan mate. Plus some fins to do some video from the water. Will have to give Blair a bell tomoz. Is Boofy heading down?

I have a SUP but didn't want to be a wave pig around the quality company!!

Several surfboards made the journey and we also brought the mountain bikes and the chick brought a 666 up. Thats about enough I reckon

I am thinking that there will be one more board making the journey south if I can manage it

ted will be allowed of the leash for 1/2 an hour, chrispy will flag it, daneli will surf broken head on his own. asea will be in the main st of byron all day just in case the red bull car pulls up with a free drink. mac will be left with a empty cabin again.

it will rain and be on shore.

and as for boofy, well i don't want to upset everybody- some things are best left alone

Daneli did you book a room correct

Just spoke with Chrispy and I can pick him up now on my way. I changed an early appointment and need to go to Clearwater on the way down and he will be picking up the BGB from there anyway so 2 birds with one stone. We might pass on LM 7.00am coffee for a wave/coffee at Mainy otherwise that will be a very early start for me.

I haven't booked the room yet but did call and they have 4 left so will give it another day. Is everyone else still confirmed?

Looking forward to it.
