11 weeks dropped 14 kgs @ that rate when will we see the new Scotty

One for Ted and Simondo to work out

sorry just seen this.....if he loses his 50kg at Macs rate we are looking at 20 Jan 2014 assuming a constant rate of loss - which is unlikely. But perhaps he will lose more at a faster rate initially which may have move into his target area sooner. Whatever it is the good things is that Mac is dominating at the moment.

I think you should list what you are doing......how many gyms sessions a week? Diet changes? no boooze etc? go right ahead.......

I started out 5,6 then 7 sessions per week, now I'm down to 4 or 5, 2 with a PT,I/we go one hour hard very little rest between sets.

Diet changes, from one meal per day too,two or three. No more bundy just a 6 pack of no carb beers over the weekend,no more junk food snacking. My first goal was to hit 100 I'm 101.5 atm, next goal will be 98 and if possible 95.

The weight lose has slowed and my PT said it will due to adding lean muscle.
I didn't eat the other day and he had a go at me because I would loose muscle size if I didn't eat,I was just jumping to hit 100 by weeks end I failed at 101.5.

106 a year ago down to 86 kilos..Running/outdoor training for me with boxing one night and now started at the gym to build more muscle for the Tough Mudder event later this year. Slow and steady and making life changes is the key

No cardio jesus that makes the loss even better. I also used for a few weeks a I Phone app My Fitness and tracked my diet. I tried to keep under 1800 or at worst 2000 calories a day..

Straddie will be good. If it drops anymore not worth it. Had perfect lb waves today, any smaller I would have cried. Will post at 4 am if I think it's worth it. Otherwise I'm skating the bowl. I only surfed with one other person on a lb.

stop showing off - glad you got some!

I just came in from 1-2ft a-frames with 3 mates out only......got some fun ones and spent a long time waiting / chatting between sets. Tried a new fin on the LB and it felt weird and a little to big for it. Will move it forward next time and see how she goes otherwise its back to the original.
