have the pest and carpet and some other cowboy tomorrow. and the cleaners. this place is looking good though

LOL I specifically made no mention of having the whole beach to myself to enjoy the wedgy little peaks in beautiful warm sunny light offshore conditions...I was thinking more along the lines of the new years resolution I made 3 years ago

Started well today, crappy little grovel with a mate this morning and we dropped in to see another mate I hadn't sen for a while, so that makes surf a beer and back home by 11..

Now back to those goddam boxes
