Yes Mac we were farked from defending back to back sets due to handing over so much ball in the 2nd half.
Our defence was solid and the fact that QLD could only muster 1 try is a disgrace. Cool heads at the right time is what got you over the line - just.

pup i thought NSW did well in the second half,QLD just kept coming and the cocky's defended.

i can't wait for this new interchange and bench rules next year.
+ when are they getting rid of the scrum,,i see they are talking about a penalty for time wasting (ploy)for packing a scrum.
up to a 1.30 to pack a scrum now.

as they said last night on TV,QLD wouldn't kick for the sideline so NSW could get a break for the big boys.

To be honest Mac I found it bloody boring and at half time vacated n did not watch the rest of it. I listened to the last 5 mins on Triple M. It looked like to me both teams just showed up. Massive skill shortage on previous years - I read an article today that said it looked like a curtain raiser and from what I saw I find it hard to disagree. Boring as bat stuff as we say. The close finish on the scoreboard no doubt hides the imperfections from both teams. How could they both be so bad and yet the score is so close

At least Qld won though so drama there for me

So, who's got a bold prediction of the result? Gallen's leadership will help the Blues, and us Mighty shallow Maroons will miss Cronk?
