I reckon the eight will be include : Storm, Cows, Titans, Eels, Raiders, Roosters, Penrith and either the Doggies/Brisbane

you must have some inside info on the roosters,,can't see that happening.
i would put souths manly or dragons before them.

Looks like the Sharks are going to get the wooden spoon.

I would have thought the season the Roosters had was a rare event and they will bounce back strongly next year. Dragons puff

........ mmmmmmm maybe not Ted hahaha ..... read this an hour ago on MSN and thought get farked , Dragoons getting serious now

Weeks after telling Paul McGregor his place at the club was safe, the Dragons are showing interest in Des Hasler for the 2017 season.According to reports from Rugby League Week, the Bulldogs coach's name has been linked in some circles to the Red V.

''It's quite amazing given that the Dragons put out a weak press release two weeks ago saying Paul McGregor will be the coach in 2017,'' Rugby League Week's Rocco Luca said.''I can't blame them, a two-time premiership winning coach comes on the market unexpectedly like this, I think we can forgive the Dragons for doing a backflip saying 'Look, sorry Paul, Des has come on the market'.''Dragons fans will be absolutely in raptures if this comes through.''

Rugby League Week editor Shayne Budgen tossed up a few names as Hasler's replacement.''Surely if you're going to replace your coach you do it with the onus of putting someone in there who can get better results,'' Budgen said.''Off the top of your head, Ivan Cleary's name is going to come up whenever there is a coaching vacancy because he's a quality coach.''If they do go for someone inside the club like Jimmy Dymock, he hasn't got the runs on the board and who is going to say he is going to do better than Dessy.''Luca was disgusted with Hasler's treatmentfrom the Bulldogs hierarchy.''Board members have come out and said Des doesn't mesh up with our culture and DNA, I think that's uttercrap,'' Luca said.''This is a two-time premiership winning coach we're talking about and I think he deserves a lot more respect.''

The coal train is an astute pick up should he reform his ways and somehow beat an NRL ban for cocaine possession from the other day on the Goldie.

Ricky Stuart has done well with Boyd, Paulo and Leilua, who all had their demons... hopefully he can do the same with the coal train! Definitely worth the punt they've taken! They've got nothing to lose and everything to gain....
