Great time to buy new boards at the moment, so many specials around for interesting looking boards. For me anyway, there's a few great board deals on, but then again it always feels like that when I'm not in the market...unfortunately I made a deal with the missus on the last board that it would be my last board purchase this year. I've considered selling the 666 since my 10'0 log has more glide, but I'd probably miss it in summer onshore dribble. Will just wait till next year & resist the urge

Cheers fellas. My free accomodation in Queensland is up in the hinterland outside of Caboolture so Caloundra and the Sunny Coast are the closest waves. Having said that, if my wife and I are around for any length of time we have frequent flyer points at Kirra Caravan Park.

There's a a McT Pinnacle come up at Carabine in Wollongong today. White deck, blue bottom / rail with silver pin.

Only ridden a handful of times and looked in really really good order. Wanting $1100 I believe.

This 8'0" Evolution is Gold!!! I want it!!


It was made for a guy around '68 and he didn't like it so he put it away...some months later his surfing interest was rekindled but boards had gone sooo much shorter in that time, and he preferred the shorter boards so opted for them.....this one was then put away...don't know at what stage it was revisited and a plug put in.

Have yet to ride it,but will be interesting..

its Bobs 3 stage rocker - 3 distinct pieces combining in to one - nose is concave for paddling n nose riding - centre normally double concave to add lift n drive - tail rocker and hard edges for speed, drive n nose riding.

got it , same as my evo 11 9.3, which goes ok but hard to nose ride , is Macs a square or pin ?
