Cool, it sounds like we have solved your problem. You need a lawyer, no question. Just getting to the bottom of the superannuation question is going to be fun, although even when you split it you can't touch it until retirement, so its not that time critical.
As for anyone here being a lawyer or knowing someone who is a lawyer that can help you, I think you have no chance. People don't often have spare time to help others out when they too need to keep work coming in. Your best bet is to find a lawyer yourself that you feel comfortable with.
For what its worth I think Australia's Family Courts are pretty good when it comes to the dependent partner, especially when there are kids involved.
From what I have heard, arguing for a larger than 50/50 split can be a lawyer's dream. I suspect a 70/30 split sounds good but it would be good to keep in the back of your mind how much the lawyers costs can add up when trying to get this outcome, possibly leaving you with a worse outcome.
Apart from that, I'm not sure what help other people can provide you. Its now up to you, and if you are still stuck, you are going to fail. You are the only one that can get this sorted out.
Just out of curiosity, what made you ask for advice on a water sports forum? If you aren't a windsurfer or kitesurfer, its an unusual place to start.
Oh yeah, its "he's" and not "his"
