Funny thing is, in the current economic climate in WA, I feel a little sorry for them... it's a buyer market!
The sales techniques they use are so simplistic. Pressure, time-bound, leading questions, referring to higher authorities... C'mon... everyone gets that now... I really can't see anyone enjoying it...
"What can I do to earn your business today".

"If I can get you this one in red, will you do a deal today".

"The sale is only on until the end of the month". It just so happens that the next sale starts the first week of next month

"I'll have to put this to the new car manager"

Do you think a good rule of thumb for an opening offer is list drive away price minus $2000 for each sales technique



I bought my last car by text message... used all of the normal sales techniques, in reverse...
