Or may be you really missed out on ArtV2. How would you know since you haven't tried it? It is totally fine to be happy about any foil but being happy about missing out on an opportunity to ride other foils and to compare... I am not sure.
I have been on 2 brands, owned Axis HPS, Arts and tried at least 4 brands at decent rental places. Personally I can only appreciate the Art Pros having tried it all. Pros work for my local spots and for the trips to the Med and the Canaries. No idea how good ArtV2 is but I will definitely try one out and will make a decision.
There are so many foils, conditions and rider skill levels that I would try not to offer my opinion without properly qualifying it.
I will give LX a go but only if I can rent it first or someone at my local spot gets one and lets me ride it.
Yeah absolutely man, I agree, that's why I tried to quantity it by saying maybe it's just the perfect foil for me and my riding. I've been very excited about new foils coming out in the past and have been let down a few times, so it's awesome to find one that makes things noticeably better.
I also have a habit of buying something just before the next model comes out (like a full Armstrong kit just before A+ was released), but this time I really don't mind because I've found what I've been looking for.
You made a very good point about the variation in design, conditions and skill. I feel that something a pro can ride easily might be too tricky for me personally, so it's good to demo. I guess given that there's not a huge amount Konrad foils around to try, my thoughts would help people understand what they're like.
