This is the nail in the coffin for me spending any more money on armstrong.
It makes sense from a business perspective I guess if the wake and beginner market are huge but disappointing if prone surf is your focus.
Not sure why they didnt just rebrand the HS line as CF (more than doable to learn on these wings), then create the wings everyone is screaming out for that would be between the HS and HA line. Lots of people in my area have gone to lift, takuma and cab for this reason.
Ill keep one of my armstrong setups with my 2 HA wings but selling the rest to cover cost of a new lift/takuma or cab setup.
Seems a strange move to bring out another beginner set of wings. As said above the HS are very user friendly and could be rebadged CF. They must have done their research and have a business plan. At my local it used to be 90% Armie foils, which is down to 20% at the most now. Axis, GoFoil and Lift are making serious in roads, but we are a niche market and wake riding in the US would be a huge market in comparison.
Serious in roads indeed.. the premium pricing for flexy masts and their wing lineup rank them pretty low in my view. They will very likely fix all the above with time, but one can also opt for another brand and have a blast, today.
As for the CF, someone give a kit to Adam for a test drive and we'll have a comparison with the current best gear

AR seems too low to be a serious candidate, pumping wise.
