Next few days look insane up in the north. I have all tomorrow off so will be sailing either greens or bakers depending on how north it comes through. If anyone else is keen let me know. Some company would be great!

Looks like it's cranking on the North Coast! Hurricane strength forecast for around 7pm!
You'll have to be satisfied with gale force in daylight. Stay safe!

POOR THINGS!!! not like you have not had much sailing
sunny, 30 knots and cross shore down here, starboard tack, we like it both ways ( just like the queen who likes black Bananas)- no not Queen. (Didnt do him much good!)
Enjoy your work, stay safe and dont get photocopier burns.

Today was crazy. Bakers was mast and a half easy, without a doubt the biggest waves I have seen on the north coast. Sailed for a while on 3.6 fully powered but it was a mission to get out the back (I think you had go past the horizon for this)

Is there anywhere else you can sail in conditions like this?

Saw a red sail appear every now and then. Looked big from home! I went for a speed sail, before playing around, in a bit over boom height waves in the bay.

Bakers today was great to see how huge it can get at the north coast.
On the water it was pretty much just surviving.

Head East. Try Tam O'shanta Bay. Left Hander when swells big. I've never been there but a few guys recon it may be sailable. WNW Cross Left hand point.

Yeah Kaleb only problem with Tamma is that it's usually fairly crowded with surfers...Al I will be but have uni until 2 so won't be on the water to about 3.

Yep, Tamma' can be a bit territorial but there could be a very good spot in the next bay west. The point here is also very "local" but in the middle of Lulworth bay there is a bommie that works on a big day and a low tide. It's not surfed due to a long paddle and perhaps not quite steep enough.
I can't sail this week but am going to look and photograph on Thursday morning.
If you're in the area, could be worth a look
