Things that bug you about windsurfing kit that are easy to fix.
I'll start with this

The handle on sail bags not being in the balance point when the sails wet. Ok it works when the sails dry but when the luff tube is soaked with water it doesn't so every time your try to carry it the end keeps hitting the ground.

Philips headed screws, come on now, Severne has worked it out why can't the rest of you.

Deep tuttle finboxes on some board brands that are not really deep tuttle. I'm looking at you, Fanatic and Slingshot. And a few others.

Fin boxes could have their own thread with all the different standards and the crappy tolerances some are made to.

NP batten end clamps and those fragile little bits that are on the inside of the camms that the batten sits in , Ive been breaking them for years . They even give you spares because they know how fragile they are . Why arnt they a bit thicker and stronger ?

If they are the same as the plastic Severne cam spacers I agree totally. Really need to be made of metal or something a lot tougher than plastic

Probably slightly off topic, but been wanting to vent my frustration with this for a while.

Windsurfers who advertise their gear for sail on here with one photo! You're paying for eight photos so why wouldn't you maximise your potential to sell the item by posting eight?

Also, advertising a board for sale and not listing length x width x volume. The mind boggles!

The fact that Tuttle heads use a sloping top with angled screws rather than a horizontal top with vertical screws. Awful mechanical design and causes all sorts of compatibility problems

Calling the strut that connects the foil fuselage to the board the "mast." We already have a mast (it's part of your rig). Confusing when you tell someone to move the mast forward. Who's in charge of naming stuff besides Adam and Eve? Let's call it a strut.

The plastic bits are sharp too because they don't clean up the edges after doing the mold. Nice little cuts to get some saltwater into.

On the AC75s it's called a "foil arm"
