There is always the possibility I suppose. All the acoustic receivers would produce an electrical pulse of some sort in the water (the DR4G models we use in Perth run on 9v batteries), especially the 'active' receivers, which make up roughly half of the receivers around Perth.
As for how much they attract the sharks, I'm not sure. I suppose you could research the electro-frequencies that the receivers emit and which frequencies the sharks are attracted to and come up with an idea, but that sounds like a lot of work
