Been a bit under the weather and the drugs pretty much knock ya flat. Op went ok, when he went in things were a little more serious than first thought. The tendon was almost severed due to the spur being larger and sharper than expected. The ball of the humerus had to be ground down more and the synthetic replacement has to be anchored deeper.
Anyway it's all good, very sore and for macs benefit it's not the size of the incisions it's what's done below the surface that dictates the level of pain felt after. The reduction of incision size just reduces the risk of infection and scaring.
Looking like a definite 3-4 months out so you guys go and get some crackers for me.
