Low weights hi reps Vs heavy weights low reps.
i never wanted big muscles so i go for the endurance low weights hi reps.
hey mac have you used the pulleys they are fantastic for those paddling muscles

Yeh mate I do the pulleys at the end of the clip great for paddle power.

Whenever I have a spare moment or am bored, I just drop down and do a few burpees (when nobody is watching, often in my underwear).

Also doing some plank exercises after the burpees seems to help. Between those activities and some basic heaves and pushups, I find it's enough to keep me fit.

The gym really bores me. Often I try to make the effort and turn up at the gym, only to leave 10 minutes later. Short attention span

Like a late new years resolution, I am at the gym now too. Really have to start dieting now because my BFG is in the way of burpies. No problem with farties though.[}:)]

Started a job with 12 hour day of office work. Bad for bodies, so hit the gym to compensate.

the burpees if you you do them will screw your pop up ... you'll find yourself getting up feet together facing fwd and then jump up hand in the air hahahha

good to hear mate should hit the gym again myself ...


burpees is a killer,burpees and land in surf stance work a treat.
