Boof, no only a handful really & spread out enough not to cause us any issues, conditions as mac said were very ordinary at best but it felt great to be out again, took me about an hour to get my rhythm (keeping in mind my rhythm looks like I'm having a fit) but there really is no better feeling than riding a wave, now just have to focus on my fitness but I'm stoked to be back.

Mac also generously gave me a couple of waves on his new cruiser, it's a great board, fast down the line, turns well & very stable, didn't want to hand it back actually.

Thanks again mac for joining me given the conditions & for breaky mate.

Good on you mate my surfing has been on the backburner for a few months to due to commitments can hardly lift my arms above my head this arvo will have to meet you guys up there sooner rather than later been a long time in between surfs with Mac I am hanging off buying a new board at the moment your new SDR sounds exactly what I would be going for to surf Greenmount

good post mate, your welcome to ride any of my boards, you know I would never ever let anyone ride my boards a few years ago until the blokes on the breeze came along.

Vanders will love his new SDR

Thanks Ted & Boof, hope to have the chance to surf with you fellas one day.
The SDR has had a few design changes, now going 10' as opposed to 9'8 & a rounded pin instead of a square tail, & after today's conditions & riding macs board I'm happy with making the changes.
