You are correct but they were leather and i used them on my yacht i had years ago ,great deck shoes ,they were made in you're old country.

Now listen mr fashion I was down at Byron a couple of years ago supporting a friend in a comp,that night we attended the Byron bowls club,you may recall it was pissing down you were there and Asea was styling it that night and guess what he was wearing the boat shoe.I went straight to Myer and purchased some thanks for the inspiration Asea.

Theres another bloke down your way who makes sweet looking boards and has some thoughts on design. I've never surfed any of his boards but the outlines and foils and rockers look decent in pics. You might know him...Tux.

Hopefully he has those all important bittom contours under control.
