chrispy said...sadly i have to agree with ted...when warner got to 200 the kiwis gave recognition and respect.
since ponting was captain, the aussies have been a disgrace when it comes to sportsmanship.
when all that is said and done...the kiwis have the most pathetic supporters who lack sportsmanship, plus true grit and are known turncoats when their sides are losing.
If i was one the rare decent kiwi supporters i would be more than upset at what goes on with the rest of them....the world cup is the latest and best example of that
Yes I agree - since Ponting your lot have been poor in that regard. At other times you were as well but not for prolonged periods like in recent times.
Please explain....don't base generalisations in the turn coats that reside on the Goldie

not one kiwi I knew did not think we would win the World Cup - some were gracious in the way the way they spoke about it - but secretly we were all going hard about how we could not wait to smash ya ! And looking at the scoreboard tells the story.
Plus how can you mock a kiwi rugby supporter ? They have forgotten how to lose these days - 3 matches in 4 years is some kind of cool. Let's not forget

Anyway let's not digress. This a cricket thread. You guys used to be the best (like tennis, union, surfing, league, swimming etc) but you are not anymore. It's just life - full of ups and downs. And you have had a fair share of those of late
