Confirmed RRF, had a better day today though. The doc said the bloods showed up as full blown a case as he's ever seen, yesterday I felt like I was half paralysed I had so little movement in my joints, I couldn't even hold a glass.

Anyway I'm hoping it's hit me hard at the start & will taper off quick too, fingers crossed.

Get out and catch some waves for me fellas.

Ahhhh Shizz - brother the worst of it is up front for the first weeks , and the tropic northern climates are a rapid fermenting process (sort of caper) for it sadly

Don't do anything that fatigues you at all you'll need the energy for your immune system to work out - stay away from anyone with the flu and definitely screen anyone who might visit that has a flu , last thing you need

Thinking of ya dude (always do anyway)

Geez get the good Lady V into the quack for some Antibios asap

.... might be an idea to hit up Vice regal Macaha () for a couple of his sprawling estate's servant wenches during this period to .... er .... assist with joint rubbing

I have had RR 18 months ago, milder version to your self I had fatigue for a couple of weeks, joint pain for at least 6 to 9 months months. Still get the odd return and since getting RR if I have few beers get the symptoms 1st thing next morning.

Its really common here in Mandurah my doctor enjoyed telling me all the horror story's

Hang in there it will take a little while but all good eventually just get plenty of rest while in the fatigue stage and work the wife for all its worth .

Too right, just take it nice and easy

here's a reminder of how it's done, an old favourite in the greenroom, but we don't get the chance to use it much in summer.

Sorry to hear you're suffering Mark. Hope it all goes away soon.

I'm interested to see whether any of OB's remedies for sympathy have worked?

Get well sooner than soon mate.

Never seem to get a chance to age

2-3 weeks at best. Hoping to be over your way in the coming 1-2 months, be great to catch up and share a few.
