I'm not sure if late September it too far into the future, but that's when I'll probably be going from Sydney to Noosa and all points in between. I'll probably need to work in Brizzy on the Monday, but the rest of the week will be just surf'n

may not be too difficult to talk MR into it either since he's got a beautiful little grand daughter up on the goldy

You can keep Noosa, way to crowded for me. We get a bit spoilt here, but have been looking at Northern NSW for a while now North of Coffs to Arra particularly.

I'd probably go to Noosa on my own because a visit there would be lightning fast, and only so I could tick that box.

The real potential for fun is from Boomerang to Byron.

You will like Nossa OB. Just need to time it with some swell, mid week, no school holidays, no comps ummmmm sounds plausible

Qld term 3 ends Sep 16, NSW ends Sep 23, I'll be there on a Tuesday, so comps shouldn't be a problem, all I need to worry about is the swell and if that's not looking good, then the Noosa box is going to remain un-ticked. Buggered if I'm going to waste all that gas going there and back for nothing.

Met him on the mid north coast, late last year. Really nice bloke, hope he recovers quickly.

ray will be back when the bandaid comes off,he surfs arrawarra every other week so getting worked wont put him off,he may be a little more cautious before stepping off the rocks on a big day.
its pretty awesome on a 10ft day,lots of water moving around,we were doing 5/6trips a year there to get away from the noosa crowds but it got just as bad there with the road workers,flexidays and weekends get crowded. and they run the aussie titles there now so not the quiet little place it was.

Yes the God father of Soul ,met the God Father of Rock on the day after Rod past,
there were close call's and some mean rock encounters .one Of the local girls is out for a couple
of moths after breaking her board and almost her knee Mean graze's .

OBCT and I surfed Arra on a double to 2-1/2 overhead day, some amazing rides. It's just a same Ob can't remember what the whole experience looked like.
