Yeh. He had some of his new boards for sale and there were a few crackers on auction. But the second hand stuff, was rubbish mostly.

Morons who go up the the Avocado bin at the market and shove their dirty coont scratchers into the side of 6 or 7 perfectly good fruit, that are obviously ready to be eaten, before picking the one they want, thereby rendering the previous 6 or 7 bruised beyond any real value.

I often secretly hope that some previous non compos mentis has managed to get to the one they eventually pick so that when they finally get to eat it, the insides are as brown as their stinking arse hole rings.

I'm at the point when I now never buy Avocados unless I see ones that are so impossibly green that no one would ever be stupid enough to shove their digits in them, then just let them ripen at home, untouched.


Rant over, I'll go back to my room now.

I hear ya OB. We generally run a 5-7 day turn around on ours for exactly that reason. Pricks.

Do you know that there are heaps of tricks for ripening an Avo - our fav when really pushed is to wrap in tin foil then place in oven at 180 for 10 mins or so. Then let it cool and you are done
