How about one for Jared Hayne (yes a great athlete but seriously......) - clearly realised he was not going to make it in the NFL this year so decided to mention the Olympics as his reason for leaving - yet doesn't know that he can not even play without being part of a 6 month registered drug program - amateur hour - and then to really think that he can just walk in and play at that level after not playing the game ever is just extraordinary. Fiji is pretty much the best team going round - they would be carrying him big time and his involvement would probably cost them any chance of winning I reckon. They even got beaten by Samoa yesterday.

I would hasten to add to this those that think he can play Origin this year as well. Strike me pink ! ! ! ! !

Seriously though 7's is a one very tough game - check out Quade Cooper (not the best rugby player going round by a long shot) - was pushed aside as not being good enough to make the Aussie side. And where do they rank on the global scale ! SBW was aware of the challenges and dedicated a whole lot of time to learn the game after playing loads of Union. If the J the Plane makes the Fijian squad for the Olympics I will be excited as it will strengthen our teams case for the gold medal. Wrong on all counts Ted, news has just come to hand that Jarryd will be captaining the Lithuanian ping pong team in the Rio Olympics.

In a recent press interview Haynes said.
