This coming weekend, 9th, it looks like I may be going up to woopi for an extra long weekend. Vanders looks like a starter as well.

We were thinking of doing PP but the forecast was just not good enough so we decided that woopi may be a better option. Closer for Vans, more comfortable, more things to do if there's no waves, and best of all, the bottle shop is only 20 metres from the camp ground

We'll still be working hard at finding something surfable, so with any luck you may get to see pics of something other me throwing up into a garbage bag

Yes, unfortunately the lack of swell and the fact my life on weekend is like an episode of better homes and gardens at the moment means I'll be saving my leave pass.

Fun, clean waves right across the coastline today with a ideal offshore wind and much cleaner lines coming in. Swell is only around the 2 foot mark, maybe a tad bigger at the ultra swell magnets, but the low tide banks are lending themselves to a few hollow sections. Not big but fun enough for a paddle on this fine sunny day.
