Well, I returned from Melbourne late last night to find this on my door step.

I know I know it's just a fin.... but its more than that to me.. Its an indicator for the fact that in under a week and a half I could be getting wet on a great big red log with a spunky looking black fin underneath

I have often missed the fun times I had in my teens and twenties with mates and now look forward to recapturing some of that and regaining a bit of work life balance. Also keen to explore NSW over the six months or so I have left here

I thought my 9'6" was long, but its a short board compared to that monster. I love it. Would love to take one for a test drive. At least you will get fit running up to the nose and back.

Lol. Being delivered on wednesday

Took a while finding a board bag for it but balin had custom built one for another customer who got board measurements wrong. Looking forward to using it over xmas.

Let us know how it handles in the wet. Would be cool to have a board that big. A guy in Newcastle rides a 14 foot SUP, in the surf. Now that is a sight.
It looks like a pretty new board too.

Thought one... **** it really is red . Then holy crap its beautiful. I should put it on a wall (wait don't have one big enough...)
Then

- Hmm it is kinda heavy, I will kill someone with this
- Crap - it doesn't fit in the bag (oh well close enough)
- Man I can't wait to get this thing in the water... Gonna need more wax
- I wonder how far I can carry this along Crescent Head beach so I am away from people and don't kill anyone
- Well it is red so no one will see the blood from any victims
- OMG, I may need to go and have a quiet "moment" to myself
