Good on ya Mac. Keep at it. You'll be on a 6'4 before you know it. Makes a huge difference. I've been on a really good diet the last three months lap swimming, pilates, weights, cardio and stretching . All pr^ck n ribs.
Im 6 foot and 82 kgs, but weight all has to do with your frame type. If you are a stocky person you will never get down to 80ish kgs if you are a bean pole 82kgs at 6 feet, it just wont happen. The most important thing is to be fit and healthy and your weight will find its carrying capacity.
I know for me 80-82kgs is a good weight. But I also have friends of mine who aer same height and waaaay fitter than me at 92 kgs.
