back on track was watching the ladies early this morning in unreal offshore waves at Bells, went and had a surf then put it back on again when i got home and the blokes were out at winki's in what looked like half as gooda waves...how come? i never been there so was just wondering because they were saying it was still offshore NW?

Fairly high tide makes it a bit full and fat. They also need to wrap up the women's on or before Monday. Women can't surf at Winki for their comp. Full tide Winki is better than full tide Bells. There's a few reasons...

Slater was a touch unlucky to miss out on his waves today. Adriano rips though.... Taj's Championship window is SHUT! Adriano & Jordy should get world titles in their careers. Bear in mind that Slater will finish soon enough, Parko will get one if it kills him, Fanning has his so the hunger will slowly fade..... leaving the door open for young Jordy & Adriano. But they will have to beat the likes of Owen Wright along the way...

Tonight I will dream of;
The pro's swinging like pendulums through the big faces of the Bells Bowl, and
Foam climbs in the bowl seeming propelled by Bum Bag Jet Engines, or brilliant bottom turns..., and
Gravity defying airs and reo's with smooth landings

Great rundown Simondo,I've met Parko a few times and also shared a amber or two with him,he is such a humble guy and if you saw the post final interview you would have witnessed what I am saying,if anyone deserves at least one title its Parko.He has won most comps over the years but it would be a real shame if he ended his career without winning the big one.

I'm contently sore from surfing.... loads of waves, paddling, and a couple of big Bohdi wipeouts !!

There were even a few Bohdi calls in the Grand Stand when the boys were picking the King Sets !!

Easter in Geelong was topped off with The Cat's beating Hawks !! (AFL)
